Patience..
It's so hard to have patience when you don't understand the love of God. A patient heart is calm, understanding, loving, caring, and it's above all else unbeatable. It took me a long while to be patient with all the little "mindless" things people do. For me to be able to understand someone I had to step back from where I was, look at my life, look at the other people around me, and see just how busy everyone seems to be. It's all so hectic isn't it. Try it, just sit back and watch everyone, it's almost as if you're seeing life before you, only its being fast forwarded. I guess as human beings we get to used to worldy ways and don't think much about (anger). How do you hold back anger? Well for one, be the bigger person, when someone says something completely irrational, don't come back with ten words, instead pray for them. It's something called self-control. Pray that that person finds God. Pray that their lives become filled with joy and peace. Those who face sorrow and madness day in and day out are the ones who has yet to find the meaning of "life." Be patient and understanding. Everyone loves the company of a person who knows their boundaries. It's all a matter of respect as well. Live each new day with a positive attitude and a smile. It's healthy for you, I guarantee you.

Decisions..
Wow!..Where do I start? Many times in life we face a time when we have to decide on any two things. There's never a way out. It's either you do it or you don't. Many times we regret the decision we make but we learn as we go. Mistakes are meant to be prevented after you've made it. Yes, as humans, we sometimes go back on our words and want to forget that it was a sin or that it wasn't quite the right thing to do but in the end, the outcome is..bleh? It wasn't all worth it was it? Make decisions based on the wellness of the situation and do what's best for you and others. Consider everyone, but know YOUR boundaries. For instance, partying, gyah, this one is the most common, it used to be for me. If you've seen this Lifehouse skit, it really tore me up inside to see how many things the Devil can throw our way. We get drunk, we party, we curse, we get mixed up in the wrong crowd, and ALL THAT LEISURE TIME could have been spent on your devotion to the Holy Father. How He can reward you is limitless. How He can surpass all your sorrows, it's miraculous. How He can save, He's beyond glorious. He's everything you need in life! He gave you life, He gave you love..He made all things good for the better, so if anything, give thanks. God is the ONLY way. Sacrifice a few minutes of your day to reading the Bible daily, even if it's just ten minutes. That's really not much to ask. As long as you can share the Word and truly believe in Him, He's surely pleased. Think about your decisions, weigh em' out.

When we thought we knew it all...
There comes a point in time when we become teenagers. Yes, the really immature ones. We laugh, make fun, judge, it's almost like there's some kind of hierarchy dominance in whose better than so and so. Can't believe we thought we knew it all. Those days when you'd argue with your parents about what you thought you knew, cursed behind their backs because you couldn't do what you wanted. It all comes together when you get older. It's not so much of who you are at the time but its' more of who you want to be. At this age, we want to be "just like ____" I mean, put any name in that blank and you're bound to try to be like whoever it is you're jealous of or admire.
Silly isn't it? You shouldn't want to be like anyone else, you shouldn't compare yourself to others because of how popular they are or how much knowledge they have. You should want to be proud of being who you are and accepting that you're no different than any other person regardless of how rich they might be. "It doesn't matter how rich or pretty you are, but if your attitude isn't [there] then it doesn't make you a pleasant person to be around." You could have all the looks but the way you talk and associate with people makes you an entirely different person to someone. It's all in the way you carry yourself. We live life to understand how to change ourselves to HELP others, to RESPECT others, to HAVE a good reputation, not just so that you can be known for but because it's something you BELIEVE in your heart. Don't do something in the public to be admired for but do it because you mean it, do it because of the goodness within you. It doesn't have to be where the eyes can see, but don't get yourself wrong. Don't boast about the good deeds you do, though we tend to do that. Only God will know you're judgement. When you think you know it all, think again. Our Father in Heaven is all-knowing. He knows every step before you make it, He has laid down your path and every decision you make leads you to the outcome of your life. With growth comes knowledge and wisdom. Now learn to (APPLY) that wisdom to your life. Not the kind of wicked wisdom but Godly wisdom. Have a blessed day.
